Bringing together ancient Eastern wisdom of the body's energy system with modern psychology and neurology, Emotional Freedom Technique, (EFT) also known as Tapping, can be thought of as acupuncture without needles. By tapping the acupoints at the end of the body's meridians, or energy pathways, EFT is known to reduce stress, negative emotions and physical pain, restoring balance and bringing positive results.
